4. Report abuse of an ad requires your name, a valid email address and your contact phone numbers.
5. Forward a friend requires Name and valid email address of you and your friend.
6. The text for your advertisement.
7. Your voting details

Providing us with other information is at your option. Please take note that your user name, e-mail address, or other submissions that you make on this site may contain your real name or other personally identifiable information and, as a result, may appear on this site. Visitors to CallNClick may also request with their name and email address for a variety of newsletters that CallNClick produces with varying frequency (e.g., News headlines). CallNClick confirms the subscription by sending an email to the email address specified before sending the newsletter.

8. Email Communications

CallNClick generally communicates with you as a user of CallNClick.com through the primary email that you have specified at the time of using our services. Your email ID is never shared with anybody within or outside CallNClick. CallNClick uses this email address to send you two types of communications:

It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on our company or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
